Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change to the delivery address. We can easily change the shipping address before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed we will need to re-route your package. A nominal fee may apply for this service.
Will my wine spoil or freeze while in transit?
We monitor the weather closely to ensure that the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while en route. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, either hot or cold, we will hold your shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.
Signature Required: Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Federal regulations require an adult to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. THIS IS A FEDERAL REQUIREMENT THEREFORE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so you can monitor your shipment, you can also make changes to the delivery address once it has shipped.
If you are not home to receive your shipment, UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us. You may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned.
Tip: Our customers find that shipping their order to a business address increases the odds of a successful delivery on the first attempt.
